Koica SCholarship – The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) started in 1991. It’s a government group that helps other countries with grants. KOICA’s main aim is to build friendly relationships with partner countries and support their development.

About KOICA

KOICA runs many programs to help its partner countries, like the Fellowship Program, Korea Volunteer Dispatching Program, Humanitarian Assistance & Disaster Relief, Public-Private Partnerships, and Bilateral and Multilateral Projects.

KOICA Scholarship 2025

Applications are open for the KOICA Scholarship 2025 for Master’s and PhD degrees in South Korea. This fully funded program offers many benefits and is a great chance for students from around the world.

Available Programs

In 2025, KOICA is offering 5 PhD programs and 20 Master’s programs. This scholarship aims to prepare future leaders in partner countries to help improve their own nations. This announcement covers 15 programs, with 10 more programs’ details coming in March.
